Refund Policy

At Rusty Cowgirl, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, please read our policy below.

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size/colour.

  • Please check product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Email us at Rustycowgirl.co@outlook.com with:

    1. Your order number

    2. A description of the problem

    3. Clear photos showing the issue

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Worn or used products (for hygiene reasons, including hats and headwear)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

 

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
