Why I Started Rusty Cowgirl
 

Growing up surrounded by the lifestyle, I always loved the rugged, functional durability of traditional western gear, but I also craved pieces that were fresh, feminine, and on trend. I noticed a massive gap for outfits that could seamlessly transition from a dusty day out in the elements to a styled up night out.
 

But the real turning point for this brand came from a deeply personal place.

After walking away from a domestic violence relationship, I found myself at a crossroads. For a long time, my spark had been dimmed, and I realized it was finally time to put myself first. I needed to rebuild, heal, and pour my energy into something that brought me genuine joy.
 

For me, that joy has always been designing.

Designing became my outlet, my therapy, and my power. I wanted to create pieces that made other women feel exactly how I was learning to feel again: strong, beautiful, and completely unstoppable. So, in late 2025, I took the leap and launched Rusty Cowgirl.

Our mission is simple: to create high-quality, standout clothing and custom designed accessories for the modern country woman. From statement jumpers, breezy blouses and jewelry, every single piece is designed with our community in mind.
